LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES (SHIPPING)

Please be advised that we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If your order tracking shows your item(s) as "Delivered", such order will not be refunded or replaced. in such situations, you will have to contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a lost/stolen mail claim with them.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Not sure about your size , need to cancel your order or for change of Address? Kindly contact with us and we'll do our best to help sort things out. Once an order is at the production stage or it's been shipped it can no longer be cancelled and no modification can be done to the order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please be advised, that all sale items, including items purchased with a coupon code, are FINAL and not eligible for returns.

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
